Small Ladybird sp. identification - UK? Nephus quadrimaculatus?

Hi, I've just found this ladybird in my garden (on my back door), probably around 2mm in length (very small!) and looking in my Coccinellidae book I wonder if it is Nephus quadrimaculatus - I have a lot of ivy, which they seem to like.

The spot shape/position looks right and it has the coloured tip to the abdomen but I tend to be a bit cagey about identifying insects as I sometimes get the species VERY wrong! :-O Any responses gratefully accepted!
