Grant County Forest? (1 Viewer)

Hi All, I am grasping for a straw here:

Last time I visited Wisconsin, we drove from Minneapolis Airport to Mead Wildlife area. Somewhere along the line, we passed a small piece of forest where we went in and did a tiny bit of birdwatching. In my notebook I have it written in as "Grant County Forest". Trying to localize where I was, I realized that I would not have passed through Grant County at all. But, is there a county forest in some other county named for a person named Grant that we would have passed?

I realize this is a longshot, but any feedback very welcome.

Thanks
Niels

There's a little town called Granton along one of the smaller highways. There's a county forest about 10 miles west of there. (Clark County)
