Even immature birds seems to have red eyes. This must be a very young one(?) that yet havn't developed the red eye.

After a look in the book "Starlings and Mynas". They state that immature does have yellow, orange or red eyes. I guess those are the steps of changing the eye color from imm. to ad. birds - what would be logical in my opinion.
But I´m not familiar with this species and appreciate further informations.
