Sandwell Valley (3 Viewers)

All Dayer

We knocked it on the head at 13:00 with people having other commitments with 80 Species if there are any late additions i will up date later and post full list

Well 80 Species not bad for a urban Country Park, we are lacking in any wader habitat at present and we could do with some work done on large trees and hedge's in the Valley but the place still has the protencial to turn up anything when you least expect it

What did we miss !!
Pheasant possible lost from Valley now?, Little Owl who knows, Tawny Owl, Barn Owl, Linnet, Marsh Tit, Lesser Spotted Woodpecker, Snipe, Sedge Warbler, Spotted Flycatcher Tree Pipit, Whinchat and no passage Waders.

To add a few more numbers to the interesting alldayer species.
- Ring-necked parakeet x40 flew east early AM
- Water Rail at least 3 calling around sluice and South Bank of Forge Mill
- Raven over Forge Mill
- Collared dove x1 on the roof of my house
