Could this be a Common x Ring-billed Gull hybrid? NY (1 Viewer)

Apparently a Ring-billed, but it was relatively small, attenuated structure, had pale/pale-edged primary tips, tail pattern reminiscent of Common Gull, and its secondary pattern seemed rather unusual, showing broad, pale distal tips on the outer webs that give the impression of a wide trailing edge to the upperwing.

I'm sure nothing conclusive can be said here as far as confirming a hybrid, I'm just interested in hearing other thoughts.
