Goldfinch or Yellow Warbler? (1 Viewer)

I'm not sure what this is, but its the first time I've ever seen one in my yard. It's eating the orange suet. I also had a Nuthatch for the first time that is coming everyday for some suet.

Hard to tell from the picture, but I'd assume a Goldfinch since it was on the feeder. Or do Warblers frequent these too?
 
I'm sorry for the horrible picture. Someone else said Orange Crowned Warbler, and after looking at some images online I think thats what it was. I see that there are found in Texas, so I'm hoping i'll see it again and I can get a better picture. Thank you for your replies!
