I tend to a Western Yellow Wagtail....

Seen in Egypt, Sinai, Sharm el Sheikh, sewage plant, 17.04.15

Could also be a beema for all I know. Lots of white in ear coverts and long slim supercillium. But then again, it´s a variable complex, the Yellow Wagtails..
