Larry Lade: yes, it is in Texas... +3 pts for you. Any takers for narrowing it down?

The big hints on this list are the large number of shorebirds and terns, presence of Laughing Gull and Brown Pelican in large numbers, and presence Horned Lark (in summer!). It is a very well known shorebird hotspot.
