Hi,
I'm planning a birding trip to Israel in December. One thing I'm trying to establish is the presence (or not) of Syrian Serin at the Mount Hermon ski-centre in this month. Some sources indicate they all have left the area by this time, but some others indicate a year round presence. It could be entirely weather dependent I guess, but it would be good to hear from anyone who has been there at this time of year.
