I have a velbon delta tripod and soon going to buy a new Nikon 60mm IIRA angled with Coolpix 4500 will the velbon be sufficient or shall i invest in a new one.
 
It should be fine, the Nikon RAII isn't a particularly heavy scope though it's often more of a case that the tripod head isn't up to the task if anything. For digiscoping you may wish to progress to a more stable tripod in the future but I'd just suck it and see with what you have...it won't collapse under the weight.
