ID for me? Unknown small bird in Round Rock, TX, US (like dull ruby-crowned kingbird)

Taken today, in the fog (that plus using high ISO contributed to the bad picture, sorry for its quality). This was about 15 feet away from the other bird I posted, which I think is a Ruby-crowned Kinglet. I thought this was a female of the same species based on similar size and similar basic color. However, Cornell's allaboutbirds.org (I know, no substitute for a field guide which I don't yet own) indicates that males and females are similarly marked.

So I have no idea what this is. ID help? It would be greatly appreciated!
