I agree there is no dedication here. So it might be indeed:

Somehow supported by here:

Vögel lebend und präpariert, Stöße von Zeitschriften und Zeichnungen, vor allem Rudolf Thielemann, den getreuen Gefährten seiner Studentenjahre durch dick und dünn.

Thielemann could be also Martin Thielemann author of Beiträge zur Kenntnis der Isopodenfauna Ostasiens. Therefore I doubt that the dedication is for him. As well Fritz Egler here mentioned as well in OD may not a candidate.
