Replacement ring for Jakar adapter (1 Viewer)

The Jakar universal digiscoping adapter has an aluminum ring about 2cm long with 37mm interior threads. Unfortunately, I lost mine and am trying to find a replacement, short of buying a new adapter. Any ideas?
