What do you think about this bird ? IMO, it's a good candidate for a Caspian Reed Warbler : white tips of primary, and rectrices, pattern...

Not sure that the poor quality of these images will permit the necessary critical assessment of wing formula, plumage tones etc. Not familiar with fuscus but FWIW I would say that it looks warmer toned (ie more scirpaceus-like) than I would have expected a fuscus to be.
