Went off today to a yachthaven. An Arctic Loon was spotted there yesterday. It's a 3 minute bike ride from my house so not much energy was put into it.
When i got there it took me 5 minutes to have a look and then i saw it in the middle of the river. Nice bird! It was a juvenile one, just floating around.

I state it like this: When Erik doesn't come to the Arctic Loon, The Arctic Loon will come to Erik!

PS they're usually called Black-throated Divers on this side of the Atlantic! - 'Arctic Loon' is the American name, a lot of people over here won't know what it means ;)
