Anyone know whether the head from a Slik D3 can be unscrewed and screwed onto the top of an older D2 legs? I'm looking for a replacement for a Velbon head on my Slik D2 legs, and the D3 head with its instant "grab" is something that I miss.
Do secondhand D3 tripods or seperate heads come up anywhere apart from ebay?
