Black bird identification help (1 Viewer)

I live in Mount Clare, WV, US and frequently see a group of birds at my feeders. They fly in and out as a group. They are about dove size, dark gloss black long dove tail shape tail, with about a 1/4 inch X 2 inch arch on the wing, of either dark yelllow or orange in color.
I know they are not a red wing black bird.
I have tried ti find a photo on the internet with no sucess.

Anyone have an idea of what they are?

Sure sounds like a Red-winged Blackbird to me. They would be in groups too! If they were some sort of exotics, there would perhaps be one but not a flock.

Your description is that of a red-winged blackbird. If you click on my name and look at my photos, you will see a couple photos of them--one male and one female. I do not think that most drawings of them are accurate because the drawings show the red being more pronounced than it is. When watching them, look at them in flight. Do you see flashes of red on their wings when they are flying? If so, I would say you are seeing a red-winged blackbird.
