Going on a family holiday to Istria, in May. Staying near the coast, north of Pula and was wondering if anyone has any experience of birding in this area? Hints/Tips appreciated, or, even local guide details (if there are any?)

Hi! Were you in Istria then? Were birdwatching satisfactory? I'm also thinking about Istria but I don't know if it's a good direction for birdwatching.
