1 im not sure about
2 is a gray catbird i believe?
and 3 is a chipping sparrow??

1-Vesper Sparrow (note white eye-ring and chestnut scapulars)
2-Grey Catbird (black cap and reddish undertail coverts are diagnostic)
3-Chipping Sparrow
 
awesome thank you!! after i posted it i was looking through some others of the vespers i have, but those pix are horrible and didnt show the shoulder as well..
