ID confirmation needed (Poland) (1 Viewer)

I think it probably is, although I'm struggling to exclude Red-throated Diver completely. It looks quite thick necked, with prominent feet and seems quite black on the upperwing, all of which are good for Black-throated.
 
i agree with andrew, black-throated diver, for the reasons he mentioned, especially prominent feet. also the contrast between dark and white in the face is good for gavia arctica.
