Sparrow or Crow?
Probably a meadow pipit, just small, streaky, if mippit then a juvie.

Meadow pipit as Andrew has said. Look at the length of those rear claws! Characteristic of birds that spend a lot of time on the ground - I believe it adds leverage when they take off from flat ground, but not at all sure where I read that and if it's true!
