Had to go to Kingston Uni, Kingston Hill Campus today - parked in a parking bay by some trees, including English Oak and Holm Oak. As we went back to the car we say two Jays in the trees, very visible and approachable.

We got in to the car, then had acorns raining down on us, rattling off the roof and bonnet! The Jays were busily tugging them off the branches - it was as if they were deliberately throwing them at us!

Nice end to an interesting trip...
