Can anyone please help to identify these 2 lizards seen on holiday in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. Thank you.

1 Is one of the Aspidoscelis or Racerunner species I believe, could be Aspidoscelis deppii?

2 Looks like Sceloporus variabilis, Rose-bellied Swift
