Thayer's gull? (1 Viewer)

Hi all, I'm seeking opinions on this gull observed yesterday on the Lake Erie shore in Cleveland, Ohio. I initially was thinking Thayer's gull but I'm not experienced with the species and it has also been suggested that it may be a "Nelson's" herring x glaucous hybrid. Thanks for any thoughts or opinions.
