More illegal hunting on Lesvos (1 Viewer)

It never surprises me that illegal hunting goes on on the island, I suppose truth be told I'm surprised its not more widespread. Although it doesn't appear to be as widespread on other Greek and Med islands, there is still too much. Obviously not enough legal quarry (ducks and Chukar) for them to aim at.

Lesvos suffered bad publicity earlier in the year with the a mass illegal poaching indident. Now I've just heard from from the Lesvos Wildlife Hospital that the Booted Eagle taken to them having been found shot in October, has died. See here.
