Need help with 3 ID - France, Vosges (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

I saw these birds in les Vosges at approx 1300m on the 20/08/17.

1) Pipit sp ?

2,3) Tree Pipit ?

4,5) black comma = light morph Common Buzzard ?

Just to know, why would you say meadow over tree pipit ? Also, the bird on the first picture looks quite different, with a slender face, and a more brownish aspect. But maybe it is the light angle.

In any case meadow pipit is a lifer so this is a great news.
