Hi! Attached are 2 photos of bird spotted August 20 between Vernon and Salmon, Arm, B.C. My guess is a juvenile Northern Goshawk, but wonder about the legs not being yellow? Thanks for your help!

Long wings, dark eyes, short tail rather than short wings, yellow eyes, long tail, Swainson's Hawk seems reasonable to me.

Agree with juvenile Swainson's. Its wing length is about as long as its tail. Similarly marked juvenile intermediate (rufous) morph is pictured at Plate 314 in Wheeler's "Raptor's of Western North America."
