unidentified raptors 17/5/13 help please (1 Viewer)

On a ride out yesterday saw 2 lots of raptors that i could not identify at blue hills tin mine there were two hunting the hills looked like red kites is this possible then on the road near St Just saw what looked like a hen harrier travelling east again is this possible any help appriciated.

Red Kites are possible. Two roaming the county recently.
