Had a pair of viking binoculars which for whatever reason have not lasted that long so looking for some suggestions for a bit of binoculars which will take a decent amount of all weather conditions around the price range of up to £500

many thanks

Look to the brand or manufacturer's warranties : 30 years, lifetime, or lifetime transferable will give you a strong indication.

Under budget - Nikon Monarch
Upto budget - Opticron, Vanguard Endeavor EDII, Vortex Viper HD
Over budget unless preowned - Zeiss Conquest HD.

I own or have owned examples of all of these without any complaint of build quality.

Best wishes,
