Useage of the term 'fulvescens' here, is questionably incorrect since it refers to the yellowish or, more rare, brown juvenile plumages. The plumage in this particular case is, albeit mostly pale but still this colour is found in normal black juveniles.

My idea was fulvescens because of the all tawny coverts, many GSE have very light body plumage indeed but normal wings, maybe I am wrong though
