Hi all,

I saw this large gull at Rainham Marshes on Sunday (29th Oct) and wondered if it might be a YLG? I am not too sure how to distinguish between YLG's and herring gulls that have yellowish legs?

Thanks,
Ryan

I assumed that the observer ruled out a dark mantled gull since the choice is between YLG and HG. But judging from this pics, yes, why not a lbbg. Are there any other pics?
