Bird ID - Oregon (1 Viewer)

I saw this bird on June 10th sitting on the ground near a bird feeder at the Cascades Raptor Center in Eugene Oregon. Does anybody have any idea what kind of bird this is? I always have trouble with the little brown birds.

I still think the beak in the above images is much thinner than that of a juvie Junco. I've been wrong before though ;)
 
Is anyone else finding this thread amusing? It seems that it's only US birders who don't think this is a junco ;)

Well, many birders in the US have never seen a juvenile junco - they don't breed in my local area, and the same is true for the three US birders you're referring to.
 
That nice lengthy tail does have that nice junco 'white lining'.......which juncos will have but not the finch. A strong visual of the beak is just not apparent.
