Bird ID - Maryland, USA (1 Viewer)

This was seen in Theodore Roosevelt Park (which I think is Maryland, though it could be Virginia) - only angle/shot I got of it. Looks like a flycatcher, but doesn't look like it has a crest like the Great crested FC.

Plus OP didn’t mention the time of the year when this was observed, a Great-crested Flycatcher would be highly unusual for this time of the year, which may have skewed people’s judgement.
