Hi. I am new to this site and to birding so not sure if I am in the right section. But anyway, here goes...
I have discovered that there are three black swans in a park in the middle of Berlin. Is this a rare thing or quite normal for them to be here? Many thanks for any info.

Black Swans are a resident bird of Australia.

The ones that you have in Berlin, could either be part of a collection by the people that own the park. Or the other possiblity is they could be escapees from someones collection.

Thank you! Come to think of it, there are two peacocks on the other side of the park, so the swans are probably part of their collection. Nice addition anyway.
