Here´s the missing years for the eponym ...

alcasidi as in:
• the subspecies Macronous striaticeps alcasidi DUPONT& RABOR 1973 (here)
= the Filipino zoologist Godofredo L. Alcasid (1909–1984), Director of Philippine National Museum ... etc.

Born 13 January 1909 in Calamba, Laguna, in the Philippines... and he died 2 November 1984, in San Francisco, California, USA.

Just as I came accross him in The Eponym Dictionary of Birds

Most already solved but the question remains what is the middle name L. He seems to be more in conchology than in ornithology here.
