Here´s the missing years for the eponym ...

alcasidi as in:
• the subspecies Macronous striaticeps alcasidi DUPONT& RABOR 1973 (here)
= the Filipino zoologist Godofredo L. Alcasid (19091984), Director of Philippine National Museum ... etc.

Born 13 January 1909 in Calamba, Laguna, in the Philippines... and he died 2 November 1984, in San Francisco, California, USA.

See links; here, here or here.

Enjoy!

Just as I came accross him in The Eponym Dictionary of Birds

Brown Tit Babbler ssp. Macronus striaticeps alcasidi Du Pont & Rabor, 1973
Dr Godofredo L. Alcasid (DNF) was Director of the Philippine National Museum. He co-wrote 'A new race of the nakedfaced spider-hunter (Arachnothera clarae) from Luzon' (1968).

Most already solved but the question remains what is the middle name L. He seems to be more in conchology than in ornithology here.

See A new race of the naked-faced spider-hunter (Arachrwthera clarae) from Luzon Arachnothera clarae luzonensis Alcasid & Gonzales, 1968

Godfredo Laba Alcased (1909-1984)

Death 2 Nov 1984 San Francisco
Marriage Date:29 Jun 1930
Marriage Place Pasay City, Rizal, Philippines
Father: Lorenzo P. Alcased
Mother: Carmen Laba
Spouse: Florentina Navarro
In Philippines style the abbreviated "middle" name is the mother's surname.
