Some kind of hawk (1 Viewer)

This could be a juv, but I really don't know. The two pics are of the same bird. It was calling over its shoulder for another that I could hear, but not see.
Any help here?

I'm glad you all agree it's a Cooper's Hawk. That's what I was hoping for. They seem to be kind of rare around here.
