need i.d of the ugly duck. (1 Viewer)

I am quite new to the birding scene and not very good at i.d'ing the water birds. Can anyone help with this one ?

Glazzers,

The wild type has a white segment only on the leading edge of the wing. The rest of the bird is dark-brown to blackish with greenish reflexes dorsally. The head has the glabrous red wattled facial zone but no white.

Here's a pic of a wild muscovy duck, taken at Cuero Y Salado in Honduras.
