Reporting ringed and colour-ringed birds (1 Viewer)

Just thought I'd post a reminder of the best ways to report ringed or colour-ringed birds. In most instances, its best to report using the dedicated European online form at www.ring.ac

This form is available in several languages, and will direct reports to the correct species co-ordinator or ringing scheme. The response times will vary between schemes, but as most co-ordinators are volunteers, please be patient if you have to wait. Bypassing the system isn't always the best way, as we find that records don't always make it onto the national databases, so do bear this in mind.

Thanks for all your continued efforts in reporting these birds - we do rely on your support!
