Good places to buy animal bait?

Couldn't think of anywhere better so put this here.

If I wanted to try and bait Owls for example where do you get that sort of food from. The only idea I've come up with is some pet shops that might have dead mice babies and things like that for tarantulas and snakes but are they suitable for an Owl?
Any suggestions welcome, particularly if anyone knows of any places here in W Lancs, Manchester or Merseyside.

Cheers. :t:

Hi mate,
A good pet store should be able to provide bags of day old cockerels frozen of course and aimed at bird of prey and or reptile diet.
Mice and rats should also be available frozen, No idea what impact these would have on wild birds or if they would attract them in the first place.

You could also use mouse traps and harvest your own:)

cheers
