ID Query from Birds seen at High Island, Texas (1 Viewer)

Hello All,
Last weekend(Apr 23 and 24) I went to see the spring migration of birds at High Island. I saw below birds but unable to identify the same. Any help is really appreciated.

Photos taken on April 24, 2016.

1. Are both birds in photos Short-Billed Dowitchers? Anahuac national wildlife refuge, Texas
