I think the first is a Chestnut Sided the other maybe a Magnolia.

I agree with both. The chestnut sides are the clincher for the first and the white wing bars for the second. Both birds also appear to be males.
 
I should mention that a lot of warblers have white wing bars...the black mask and necklace are also good field marks for the Magnolia Warbler. The Canada Warbler lacks the white wing bars and the Black-throated Green lacks the black mask...these are two of the more similar looking warblers to the Magnolia.
