Im not sure if 1 is a FLycatcher or an Eastern Phoebe

2 - Olive Sided Flycatcher??

I know they arnt the best photos, sorry!! Thanks for any help

1) Looks good for Least Flycatcher (short primary projection, short tail, even distinct eyering)
2) Eastern Phoebe. As their plumage gets quite worn in the summer, they can looks very contrasting like this.

Oh wow okay! i never would have guessed the phoebe for the second one!!
i just saw the two sides and yellowy in the middle and assumed olive sided.. thank you!!
