Hi, I have a pair of SwaroVisions that need looking at by Swarovski's workshop in the UK. I bought then secondhand via BirdForum.

The binoculars are less than 10 years old. Is the warranty valid as I purchased them used?

AFAIK the service/warranty is the same, no matter where you've goy the bin from. There is one exception on that rule though: Bins required via BF get special treatment;).

No worries mate, you own a Swarovski.
