Dowitcher, or something? From Pennsylvania (1 Viewer)

It was in an island of mud in the middle of a pond beside a lake (in western PA). I was thinking at first dowitcher, but i dunno with the color of the neck. Thanks.

It's a fuzzy photo, but my gut reaction is Wilson's Snipe? It has a long straight black bill, a dark stripe through the eye, and a dark lateral crown stripe.
