Hi, mushroom/toadstool ID please if poss?

Picture attached.

Toadstool (?) was 5cm high and delicate.

If anyone could identify it for me I'd be really pleased.

Thanks for your help.

Chris

Hi Chris,

I guess it's Mycena filopes.

Cheers,
Nick
Nick, I am indebted to you. Have spent several hours going through fungi identification sites and haven't even got close. I thought for a bit 'Pluteus' or 'Entoloma' might be in the ballpark but nothing was described or looked quite right as the stems were too thick and the caps not pale enough. Checked out your suggestion and it looks pretty much spot on. It is a beautiful, delicate little plant.
Of course, if anyone else wishes to comment and/or confirm I'd be delighted to hear.
But in the meantime all thanks to Nick. I appreciate your response and expertise hugely. Thank you.
Chris
