Nice report.....but your 'female rosefinch' isn't one. It's a bunting, looking at it either a female Rock or maybe Striolated (not sure if you getthem there though?)
 
Thanks birdboybowley.. Even i had doubts in the field.. I rechecked now.. It is a Striolated Bunting female!
