A fellow blogger posted this, asking for an ID. Looks like some sort of succulent, but I can’t figure out what. Any ideas?

Any closer pictures? It recalls Amaranthus fimbriatus. That has very distinctive details and any closer shot would show them. I can at least point you towards the family closer images provided.
