Came across some framed bird art at a resale shop that appealed to me as I enjoy birds and flowers so I bought it. Now the flower is a type of Hibiscus and the bird is unknown and the writing is also a mystery. I think the writing may be Chinese and describes the scene and may contain the artist signature? Any clues welcome. By the way this is just a partial crop of the whole art work.

Thanks,
phil
