Hello, just wanted to say hi to everyone, I hail from Somerset in England, God's own country! We are home to a variety of species of bird and other interesting species of animal.... so I look forward to talking to people :king:

Hi La_Terreur and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.

Hi La_Terreur and welcome to BirdForum.

You live in a great county for birding. Had my first Ferruginous Duck at Ham Wall last month.

Thank you all!

I'm lucky to live out in the countryside so I can hear and see all sorts, often I hear tawny owls at night-time where I live, as our house backs onto some woodland and we have lots of warblers (reed and sedge) living in the wetlands.

Welcome to BirdForum! I am sure you will find lots to interest you here, and I hope you enjoy your visits.
