Krider's Hawk ? (1 Viewer)

I had posted these in the Raptors Forum and Beverly Baynes mentioned that she had seen similar birds a couple of times, once with a friend who told her it was a Krider's hawk. I haven't found any mentions of these being seen in Alabama in my searches, though I did see mention of one in Georgia. It certainly looks like one to me, based on the similarity between my picture here:

I dunno!.
But what a beautifull, striking, bird. Are the colours in the last photo real?.

I think the colors are pretty close - of course it was in noonday sun and through my inexpensive Nikon scope, but that's how it looked to me.

This deserves more attention. Looks different to a standard Red-tail to me!

It's a Red-tail alright (bellyband is the give-away) and it sure looks like the Krider's subsp. Probably not a juvenile because they have yellow eyes. Does anyone see a reason for it to be anything else?
